ICT sector to lead the way on climate and energy targets, says European Commission: Hard not to agree, but a strategy is needed
Almost five years ago "
Saving the climate @ the speed of light- First roadmap for reduced CO2 in the EU and beyond
" was published.
This week the commission took another step in the right direction.
Still no real strategy is in place (but parts of a strategy are emerging).
Hopefully it will not take another five years before
cities are given a key role
