Almost five years ago "Saving the climate @ the speed of light- First roadmap for reduced CO2 in the EU and beyond" was published. This week the commission took another step in the right direction. Still no real strategy is in place (but parts of a strategy are emerging).Hopefully it will not take another five years before cities are given a key role
