A report, "Case Study Digest ICT: Greening the Public Sector" from Intellect, with good low carbon ICT case studies. Would be interesting to use some 20th vs. 21st Century infrastructure calculation to calculate the savings from these solutions.Here is a link to the "From Fossil to Future" report that include a discussion about why "a single minded focus on absolute reduction targets of CO2 from ICT would obviously not be very strategic and could be counterproductive".
